Michael followed these Coyote tracks in the fresh snow down the trail (but never found the coyote they belonged to!)

the last canyon before the Inner Gorge and the Colorado River
Finally he made it down to the mighty Colorado River -after nearly 3 hours hiking the 8 miles of very steep trails (5000 feet down)
